I am a qualified Humanistic counsellor, providing both short and long-term psychotherapy to adults and young individuals in West and North London. I offer face to face counselling in Kensal Rise and Kentish Town, I am also offering online counselling.
After working in different industries for ten years, Hospitality / Theatrical Arts / Education, I decided to settle in London and study Psychology. I obtained a Bachelor of Science (Upper class Honours) in Humanistic Counselling from Middlesex University in London and a diploma in Humanistic Counselling from the Metanoia Institute in London. My modalities are Person-Centered, Transaction Analysis and Gestalt.
I work with people from all walks of life and backgrounds, coming to me with a diverse range of experiences. As a fully qualified counsellor , I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (register number: 387435). I abide by their code of ethics and to ensure a safe and ethical practice, I regularly attend supervision with a BACP certified supervisor.

I am currently working in a school setting where I support students from 11 to 19 years old. I also work with young people within my private practice.
I am passionate about providing a space where young people feel heard. I believe that by co creating a positive relationship of trust, dialogue is encouraged and growth is enabled.
I offer a range of creative approach, such as: Sand Tray therapy or Talking and Drawing.
I have extensive experience working with Autistic individuals; adults and children. I have worked for the past seven years in an Autism specific school, where I have supported students and parents through difficult times.
I greatly respect neurodiversity and I believe that every person should have the appropriate space to explore any struggles.
